Consultation on Admission Arrangements and Planned Admission Numbers for Community and Voluntary Controlled Schools in Rochdale Metropolitan Borough for September 2015
please find a copy of the consultation paper concerning a change to the Admission arrangements for Community and Voluntary Controlled Schools and Planned Admission Numbers for September 2015. The change proposed is to help reduce disadvantage faced by service families and crown servants returning to the area at the end of their service and is set out in Appendix One.
Proposed Planned Admission Numbers for Community and Voluntary Controlled schools are set out in Appendix Two. These take account of additional planned places at a number of primary schools to meet increased pupil numbers. For secondary schools a review of the need for additional places will be undertaken in 2014.
The Consultation will start on the 19th December and run for eight weeks to Wednesday 12th February 2014 . If you have any comments, please ensure they are sent to robert.aspinall@rochdale.gov.uk by 12th February 2014.
