All information will be used anonymously and we will undertake all reasonable steps to ensure that no individual can be identified through data collected on this website.

No data, contacts or information given through this site will be sold or passed on to other organisations for commercial purposes. Anonymous data or reports on local views, needs, and priorities may be passed to our partners from the Borough’s Local Strategic Partnership to inform their own decision making.

Should you wish to be involved in future consultations and events, your contact details will be stored in our consultation contacts database and used only for this purpose. No contact details will be sold or passed to other organisations.

We don't capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this website, except where you voluntarily contact us via the Submit Feedback form. The feedback form will record your screen resolution, IP address, browser version and the page you visited prior to leaving feedback.

The personal data you give us will be used exclusively for helping us assist you. We won't pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals, except with your express consent.
