Gambling Licensing Policy Statement 2016-2019

Overview

We are reviewing our Gambling Licensing Policy Statement under Section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005.

Due to changes in legislation and guidance, including the recently approved Licensing Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP) issued by the Gambling Commission, we have made revisions to our policy statement.

Consultation is open on the updated proposed policy (2016-2019).

Please send us your comments including any proposed alterations to Policy no later than midnight on Friday 6 November 2015.
