Proposed Skills Strategy

Overview

We want to hear your views on our proposed Skills Strategy for Rochdale borough.

We are proposing five priorities for improving skills and five pledges setting out what people should be able to expect from us. We would like to know whether you think we have got these right and whether anything is missing.

Why your views matter

The skills strategy will guide how we improve local skills provision, support businesses to develop their workforce, help people progress in their careers, make sure vulnerable residents are not left behind and strengthen careers information and advice. We want to know whether the proposed priorities reflect what matters most and whether the pledges under each priority are clear, ambitious and relevant

The Proposed Skills Priorities and Pledges document, Equality Impact Assessment and the Sustainability Impact Assessment can be found below in the related documents section at the bottom of this page.
