Proposed Digital, Data and Technology Strategy

Overview

We want to hear your views on our proposed Digital, Data and Technology Strategy for 2027- 2030.

We are proposing eight priorities for improving the use of digital, data and technology and eight pledges setting out what people should be able to expect from us. We would like to know whether you think we have got these right and whether anything is missing.

Why your views matter

The strategy will guide how we improve digital services, use data and new technology, protect information, support staff and help people who may find digital services difficult to use. We want to know whether the proposed priorities reflect what matters most, whether our pledges are clear and ambitious, and what we should consider as we develop the delivery plan.

The Proposed Digital, Data and Technology Priorities and Pledges document, Equality Impact Assessment and the Sustainability Impact Assessment can be found below in the related documents section at the bottom of this page.
