Proposed Customer Access & Experience Strategy
Overview
We want to hear your views on our proposed Customer Access & Experience Strategy for the next five years.
The strategy sets out how we want to make it easier for people to contact the Council, get the right help and have a more consistent experience.
We are proposing six priorities for improving customer access and nine pledges setting out what people should be able to expect from us. We would like to know whether you think we have got these right and whether anything is missing.
Why your views matter
Every day, people contact the Council for information, advice, services and support. Sometimes this is a straightforward task. At other times, people may be asking for help during a difficult period in their lives.
We want it to be easy to get the right help, whether you contact us online, by telephone, face-to-face or with support from someone else. You should not need to understand how the Council is organised to get help. We want you to experience Rochdale as one Council.
We have developed a draft strategy and now want residents to help us shape the final version.
The Proposed Customer Access & Experience Priorities and Pledges document, Equality Impact Assessment and the Sustainability Impact Assessment can be found below in the related documents section at the bottom of this page.
