Overview

The Council wants to ensure it offers the services that meet the needs of its communities.  To help achieve this we want to know more about the customers of our libraries.  The following anonymous survey asks thirteen questions about you, and should take only a couple of minutes to complete  The responses which are completely anonymous will be used to help us to try and make sure our services meet the need of the local community.

The information you provide will be securely stored with restricted access and will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  Your information will be appropriately destroyed once the information is no longer required.

Please only DO NOT complete the survey if you are under 18 years of age, it is for people of age 18 years and older.
