Literature & Ideas Festival equalities questionnaire 2013

Overview

The Council wants to ensure it offers services that meet the needs of its communities. To help achieve this we want to know more about the customers who attend our Literature & Ideas Festival or who visit its website.

The following survey asks 15 questions about you and your opinion of the festival, and should take only a couple of minutes to complete. The responses, which are completely anonymous, will be used to help us find out the type of person interested in the festival, and to try and make sure our services meet the needs of the local community. 

      
The information you provide will be securely stored with restricted access and will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your responses will be appropriately destroyed once they’re no longer required.
