Parking Enforcement, Local Government Best Value Act

Overview

Rochdale Council has a statutory duty to enforce all of its Traffic and Parking Regulations across the Borough. The back office functions of this service are managed and run directly by Rochdale Council staff. The Civil Enforcement team are provided via a competitively procured contract, shared jointly with Bolton Council and deliver those services on behalf of both Council’s.

The contract is due end in March 2024 and comments are welcome from everyone regarding the proposed service delivery of Parking Services.
