Consultation on the draft Northern Gateway Development Framework
Overview
Bury and Rochdale Councils have launched a joint consultation on a draft Northern Gateway Development Framework (NGDF), which once adopted will become a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).
Northern Gateway is made up of two allocated development sites in the Places for Everyone (PfE) joint development plan, both of which straddle the border between Bury Council and Rochdale Council. The NGDF relates to the land north of the M62, known as JP Allocation 1.1: Heywood / Pilsworth in PfE.
