Strategic Policy Context - Chapter 2 sets out the key national, regional and local policy context for the site. Do you agree that this covers all the key policy considerations relating to the development of this site?
Understanding the Site - Chapter 3 describes the site today, its context, its location and set outs the key findings on site constraints and opportunities. Do you agree that this has captured all the issues that need to be considered as part of the Development Framework?
Vision and Strategic Objectives - Chapter 4 outlines the strategic vision of creating a sustainable community, that incorporates a range of key physical, social and environmental infrastructure. Do you agree with the overarching vision for the site?
Design Approach - Chapter 5 sets out the proposed design approach for Simister Bowlee Reservoir and sets out several strategic design principles. Do you agree that the design principles provide the key components that should be engrained into future development on the site?
The Masterplan Framework - Chapter 6 sets out the masterplan for the site, which provides an indicative layout of where new housing and infrastructure will be located. This is an important part of the Development Framework as this illustrates how the site could come forward, including the location of strategic infrastructure. Do you agree with the proposed masterplan layout?
Development Principles - Chapter 7 sets out the development principles, which are key considerations that will inform the determination of future planning applications. Do you agree that these are the right development principles?
Phasing and Delivery - Chapter 8 sets out the key infrastructure requirements of the site and provides an indication of how the site could be brought forward alongside these requirements. Do you agree with the infrastructure identified as being required?
Sustainability - Chapter 9 presents a sustainability strategy supporting Greater Manchester’s ambition to become carbon neutral by 2038. Do you agree with this strategy?
The Benefits - Chapter 10 provides a summary of key development outputs and key benefits of the proposals. Do you agree with these key scheme benefits?
Social Value Strategy – Chapter 11 sets out the requirement to consider social value in future planning applications. Do you agree with this strategy?
