Libraries: for their traditional and also their broader use.

Customer services: provide advice and support on council tax, housing benefit, housing, cost of living and other council and non-council services.

Digital and Online: We want to understand if and how people use technology to access services and what residents think about the way we use data and technology.

Work and skills: understanding what support people need around developing skills, gaining qualifications and having good employment opportunities.
