Your views on Mental Health Support for young adults aged 17-25

Overview

We know that moving from children’s to adults services can sometimes be confusing. Mental health support changes when a young person reaches age 18. We would like to gain views from young people aged between 17 and 25 on their experience of accessing mental health support so that we can make improvements in our offer across Heywood, Middleton, Rochdale and the Pennines.
