Wellbeing for Transition Event - Parent Questionnaire (Year 6 Pupils)

Overview

Your child has recently taken part in a wellbeing for transition event at the Heywood Sports centre.

We would really love to hear your thoughts about the different afternoon sessions that they took part in as we are hoping to run this transition event again next year with all Y6 pupils in the borough.
