Collaborative Provider Fee Process Survey
Overview
Rochdale Borough Council is undertaking a review of its fee setting approach for adult social care commissioned services and would like to seek the views of providers as part of the engagement process.
Why your views matter
The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback on the current fee consultation process, understand providers' experiences, and identify opportunities to improve transparency, engagement, and communication. Your views will help inform future approaches to the fee setting process and support the development of a process that is fair, effective, and reflective of the challenges and priorities facing the provider market.
We value the expertise and insight that providers bring and would encourage you to share your honest feedback. Your contribution is important and will help ensure that Rochdale Borough Council continues to work collaboratively with providers to support high quality, sustainable services for Rochdale people.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to participate.
